Jewellery with symbolism
The Norse goddess Freya is the goddess of fertility and love, but also a goddess of war and death, as she receives half of all the dead warriors from the battlefield. One of Freya's many names is Menglöd, "one who is happy in jewellery". She owns the Brisinga jewel, or Brisingamen, the flaming jewel, which is described as the most beautiful jewel in the world.
With inspiration from old myths and nature I create jewellery with symbolism. Something you wear that also has a meaning.
The jewellery is handmade in silver and gold, and is available only in one or a few copies. No jewellery is massproduced. I also offer specially designed jewellery according to your wishes, as well as making repairs and reworks. With my partner Saxmark, which is a lapidary, I work with both cabochon and faceted stones that are of very high quality. Via Saxmark it is also possible to order custom stones.
Wear something special - wear jewellery from Brisinga!
